  • Q When you ship my order after I paid?

    A Normally for small Standard or customized order, our lead time about 1-3days.
    For mass production, the lead time about 7-10days.
  • Q Do I need to pay the import duty (Tax cost )?

    A Its normal for all of import business. Purchaser need to pay the import duty according to their countrys policy. However we have support for USA, Europe and Mexico for free tax business.

  • Q Do you provide after-sales service?

    A Yes. We support 3 years warranty. If any problems during this period, we will send you free replacements to repair, anyway we will find the best solution for you! Our materials is double tested before our Assembling. We have one 10 years experience old engineer and one 4 years young engineer ,they will help you if any technical question.
  • Q Can I pay by Paypal, Escrow or Credit card? What is the payment terms?

    A Yes, you can! For the sample or small order, we accept the payment sent by Western Union, Paypal, escrow; For bulk orders, we can accept Western Union or T/T. Please contact our salesperson. He/She will be your guide.
  • Q Can I make my own logo on the products?

    A Yes, we are manufacturer, we accept OEM request. 
  • Q What is your MOQ?

    A There is no MOQ limit. But order more, cheaper prices.
